Common questions
- Can I send prescriptions on WhatsApp?
- Yes. Sending a patient their own prescription is a legitimate transactional use. Proactive sends use an approved Utility template with the PDF attached as a document, patients must have opted in, and the message stays operational (the clinical detail is in the PDF).
