Frequently asked questions
Can I send prescriptions on WhatsApp?
Yes. Sending a patient their own prescription is a legitimate transactional use. Proactive sends use an approved Utility template with the PDF attached as a document, patients must have opted in, and the message stays operational (the clinical detail is in the PDF).
How is this billed?
Clinics & Hospitals is a paid Wamafy add-on, billed through Wamafy like the other add-ons - the current price is shown above. Appointment booking is included, with no separate purchase.
