How the math works
The calculation is deliberately simple, so you can trust it. Your missed appointments are your monthly bookings times your no-show rate. Multiply that by your consultation fee and you have the revenue walking out the door - and that is before the diagnostics, procedures and follow-ups a no-show never books.
The recovered figure is the difference between your current no-show rate and the rate you reach with WhatsApp reminders, multiplied by your fee. The reminder cost uses Meta's live India Utility message rate for two reminders per appointment - a tiny number against the revenue it protects.
