Import your policy book
Upload a CSV of your policies - client, phone, policy number, insurer, renewal date and premium. Map only the columns you want.
Reminders go out before expiry
Set the offsets once (e.g. 30, 15, 7 and 1 day before) and each client gets a WhatsApp nudge with the insurer’s renewal link attached.
They renew, it advances
Mark the policy renewed and it rolls forward to the next term - the renewal date moves, reminders reset, and they drop off the chase list.

Frequently asked questions
Where does the premium payment go?
To the insurer. For most agents the premium is paid to the insurance company, so you paste the insurer's per-policy renewal link and Wamafy sends it in the reminder - the client pays the insurer directly. If you collect-and-remit yourself, switch on Collect payment in Setup to use your own gateway instead.
