Common questions
- Where does the premium payment go?
- To the insurer. For most agents the premium is paid to the insurance company, so you paste the insurer's per-policy renewal link and Wamafy sends it in the reminder - the client pays the insurer directly. If you collect-and-remit yourself, switch on Collect payment in Setup to use your own gateway instead.
