Set each branch’s location on a map and how far it delivers. When a customer shares their pin, they only ever see the kitchens that can actually reach them - and someone outside your reach is told so, instead of ordering food you cannot deliver.

Common questions
- Do I need more than one branch to use this?
- No. A single kitchen, bakery or home chef works exactly the same - you set one location and the branch question never appears for your customers. Branches only start mattering once you add a second one.
- What if I already take orders on my own website?
- Turn on external-menu mode. Wamafy still asks delivery or pickup and still works out which branch should serve the customer, then sends them a tracked link to your own ordering page. You keep your site; you lose order history and delivery updates here, and we tell you that plainly before you switch it on.
- Do I need a payment gateway?
- No. A gateway is the smoothest option because the order marks itself paid, but you can send your own UPI QR and confirm the screenshot yourself, or take cash on delivery with no payment step at all.
- Can I change prices after customers start ordering?
- Yes. Change a dish or a price on the Menu page, then rebuild the ordering bot from Setup - one tap. The menu customers open is rebuilt from what you just saved.
